Congress Solutions International (CSI) has been appointed as the official Accommodation and Travel organiser for the GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK.
A large number of rooms, within a broad range of categories and rates, have been booked throughout the city of Dubai for GITEX visitors.

• Most selected hotels offer complimentary shuttle transfers to the Convention Centre.

* Rates are part of a package including meet & greet at the airport, return transfer from Dubai International Airport to your Hotel, taxes, and breakfast.
CSI reserves the right to change the package rates should any event beyond its control occur (government taxes, and other force majeure cases).

Meet and greet: On arrival at Dubai International Airport our uniformed multi-lingual airport representatives will meet you with a personalised welcome board & escort you swiftly & efficiently through the immigration & custom formalities. They will assist you to collect your luggage and help you if there is any problem (missing piece of luggage etc.) Our staff will accompany you to the transfer pick up point as well.

Return transfer: a return transfer in coach or private car (depending on availability) will be organised upon your arrival in Dubai International Airport and back from your selected hotel.
Should you require a transfer from Abu Dhabi International Airport, please contact us directly to make the necessary arrangements.

Visa
Visa service is offered to all Gitex visitors that have booked their accommodation through CSI.
Special Gitex visitors condition! No visa deposit fee will be requested if you book your accommodation through us.

Make your reservation online as soon as possible to secure your accommodation at preferential rates. Most hotels are within a 15-minute drive range from the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre or close to a metro station.
