Emirates Airlines as the Official ISTA 2010 Carrier offers a discounted air fare to all congress participants.

• A discount of 10% is providedon published market fares (valid for Business & Economy class)

• The discount can be availed by all delegates flying Emirates Airline that are able to prove their participation in the ISTA 2010 conference.

• Delegates carrying a copy of their registration confirmation and the Discount Reference Code (DRC) can approach any Emirates Airlines offices in their respective cities and claim the discount.

Accommodation
Intercontinental Hotel is selected as the conference venue as is the official conference hotel as well. The organizers have pre-booked rooms and negotiated special rates for the conference delegates.

Visa Services
Nationals from 33 countries in Europe, North America and the Pacific Rim can enter the UAE without obtaining a visa in advance. Their passports will be stamped with a visit visa as they pass through Immigration on arrival. 

Nationals from the countries listed below can now board at their airports of origin without a visa.

(This applies to all UAE airports and to passengers travelling on all airlines).
The 33 countries are:
Europe – United Kingdom (except British overseas passport holders), France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein.
North America - USA, Canada
Pacific Rim - Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea.
Gulf Co-operation Council States – Nationals of The GCC are NOT required to apply for a visa in advance.
Not applicable for Diplomatic passport holders.

Nationals of countries not listed above must apply for a visa in advance.

We are only able to assist you to process your visa if you have booked your accommodation through us.

Transfers and Meet & Assist service at the Dubai International Airport
You can book now a special Welcome Service at Dubai International Airport.
You will be escorted through immigration, assisted with the collection of your luggage and accompanied to the transfer point for transport to your hotel.
A private car (BMW 5 or 7 series) will be waiting for you to take you safely to your hotel and then back to the airport for your departure.
