Congress Solutions International (CSI) are the Official Travel and Accommodation Agency for CABSAT MENA and Satellite MENA 2010, providing a large choice of attractive hotel rates with simplified visa formalities, exclusively to all CABSAT MENA and Satellite MENA 2010 visitors and exhibitors. VISA
When booking the accommodation the system will automatically recognize whether you require applying for your visa in advance based on your nationality you have filled in. If this is the case you can then apply and pay for your visa on line. (No deposit required when hotel is booked on-line! * Terms and conditions apply)
TRANSFERS
After you have booked your hotel, you can book a transfer from the airport to your hotel and back. Transfers are provided by private cars/limousines.
TOURS & EXCURSIONS

ACCOMMODATION
• Reservation is made on first come first serve basis.
• Room reservation deadline 17th February, 2010. After this date, Congress Solutions International will only confirm rooms upon hotel availability.
• Booking condition: Accommodation will be confirmed upon receipt of full package amount by credit card. No hotel reservation inquiry will be considered if received without corresponding payment. A confirmation letter (fax or e-mail) will follow with all relevant details of the reservation. Any incidentals (TV, mini bar etc.) can be paid directly to your hotel upon check-out.
• In case of electronic submission, your credit card number and acceptance to the terms and conditions acts as a guarantee for your reservation.
• The mentioned rates are inclusive of local taxes & breakfast
Cancellation and changes
- Cancellation and changes must be made in writing by contacting Congress Solutions International at CABSAT2010@emirates.com
- Congress Solutions International will contact you and offer an alternative hotel in the case of preferred hotel is fully booked.
Cancellations/ No-shows on accommodation:
- In the event of cancellation on or before 6th February 2010, the deposit will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation as from 7th February 2010, the entire booking period will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the entire booking period will be charged.
Changes – Name / Room standard
- 20 February 2010 is the set deadline for any change in name and room standard.
• Check in time: after 14:00-15:00 hours, Check out time: 12:00 noon, and room rates are charged accordingly
• For an arrival / check in before 14:00 hours, room booking is to be held from the previous day.
• Late check out until 18:00hrs will be charged @ 50% of the room-night rate. Check out after 18:00hrs shall be charged at 100% of the room-night rate.
TOURS AND EXCURSIONS
• Tour reservation deadline 20th February, 2010. After this date, Congress Solutions International will only confirm tours subject to availability.
• Cancellation: in the event of cancellation on or after 20th February 2010, the full tour cost will be kept as cancellation fee.
• All cancellations and modifications must be sent in writing to Congress Solutions International to CABSAT2010@emirates.com
• The tours operate with a minimum of 25 persons per bus. Confirmation of services will be sent when the form is received together with the total amount due.
